Open on September 24 Zombeavers and Piranha 3D The Double Fearture season. Just in time for lunchtime, ravenous aquatic animals will round off the summer vacation. Nibbled teenagers, lovely beaver dolls and CGI effects that are at least as terrifying as the movies themselves.
At the end of October, we're resurrecting deadly vegetables during our pre-Halloween special. The Return of the Killer Tomatoes and Stan Winston's 80s classic Pumpkinhead are on the menu.
On November 19, the Swiss film highlight of the year. After much anticipation, the first Swissploitation film is finally celebrating its premiere: Mad Heidi. In Brugg, you can watch the film before the official theatrical release and in true style with delicious food. The filmmakers will be present. If that's not horror enough for you, the opening act will also get Heidi and Peter — the original from 1955.
The next highlight will be in December. To sweeten the pre-Christmas season for you, we are bringing you on 17.12. Death Proof and Planet Terror back to the movies. Cult directors Tarantino and Rodriguez have teamed up and created their homage to the grindhouse cinemas of the 60s and 70s in 2007. Star line-up, great sound and lots of blood and fun are part of it.
And out of sheer enthusiasm, we are already able to present the first Double Fearture 2023. With Batman keeps the world in suspense and The Toxic Avenger Let's start the new year and celebrate two of the most insane superhero films of all time. It's guaranteed that no eye will stay dry.
