With A ZOMBIE HUNG ON A BELL ROPE, we complete the Gates of Hell trilogy by Lucio Fulci. And yes, the smart dogs are right, of course: Paura nella città dei morti viventi would actually have been the first part of the trilogy. But in the first year, no one knew that we actually wanted to show all three films.
So anyone who is bothered by it will have to go home alone to the ghost town of zombies (... E tu vivrai nel terrore! l'Aldilà) and the house on the cemetery wall (Quella villa accanto al cimitero). Or develop time travel skills and revisit last year's festivals.
But back to the movie. The suicide of a priest opens the door to hell and one or the other corpse threatens to rise from his grave. A reporter and a clairvoyant try to close Hell's Gate again. The story can be described in something like this. Nothing more should be said about this. If you don't know Fulci and his works, please go to horror tutoring first.
