In order to combat his progressive hearing impairment, an unnamed protagonist loses himself in a series of experiments. Masking Treshold certainly cannot be compared with anything else being played at BRUGGGORE in 2022. The film draws us into a fascinating world of audiovisual horror, an oppressive chamber play, uniquely implemented.
